2025 Adventurer Registration is Ongoing
Hello everyone, if you and your child/ren are joining us for Adventurer Ministries this upcoming year (2025), please fill out and complete the following:
1. Club Registration Form (Fillable form)

*Please read the entirety of the form as it has some changes on how we will run the classes this year and we will need your cooperation.
*We will purchase a club shirt to be worn every class for our adventurers and the price will be included in the registration fee.

2. Videography and Photography Release form (downloadable copy and submit a signed copy to club secretary: Beverlie de Lara)

3. AMP Activities Parental Consent Form (downloadable copy and submit a signed copy to club secretary: Beverlie de Lara)

4. Uniform Inventory/Order Form (Attached here to be printed and submitted to club secretary).

5. We need a rough number of families that will be joining us for our Adventurer Camporee this year on July 23 to July 27. Please complete the poll question that we will be creating in the next few days. Stay tuned.
6. Families will be assigned to lead the devotionals for each of our class throughout the year and this is typically done at the first 15 to 20 minutes of our class. A sign up form will be distributed as soon as we finalize our class schedules for the year. Please watch out for that.
7. If you have any outstanding balance or previous payable amounts from patches, scarf and/or slide replacements from this year (2024), please submit payment to Hersh Manglinong (in-person or etransfer at hcatibog@gmail.com), as soon as possible. Please submit all required forms (items 1, 2, 3 and 4) by January 18. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Please include our club and the plans for this upcoming year in your prayers.
